Now, before you jump up - No, I'm not talking about the Abridged Episodes on iTunes. Yes, we're working on that, but that's not what this thread is about.

Xerostyle and I have discussed the concept of an audio podcast where we just talk about stuff. Likely, it'll be about video games, movies, TV, music, etc., but I think we'd both be open to suggestions. What would you like to hear us talk about?

Not sure WHEN this is going to start actually happening, but I figured I'd make this thread to give the idea time to grow/evolve. Shoot us some feedback.

I suggest a constant special guest star ranging between pretty much James, Eddie, myself, and possibly the Goondock if he feels up to it. Every week. As in, it's always you and Grant, but sometimes I'm there, or perhaps Goo, or maybe Eddie and James.

I'd think an easier way would be to just create a BoD Skype account that people can use to "call in" to ask things. Cheap, free, and everyone can do it.

Even though I had emphasized Greg and I, I had sorta figured it'd just be a mix n' match of all of us for each "episode." No offense to my Unabridged Podcast family, but I think things like this are best left to two or three people. More than that feels kinda cluttered.

Special guests (as in outside of the BoD crew) I'm definitely cool with, too. On-show calls I'm a little cautious about, considering that can lead to horrible mic-quality for some, which can be an annoyance to work around/listen to. But, I'm cool with moving towards whatever most of us want.

You can just talk about random stuff, do skits, movie reviews, random stuff. If you've ever heard Knoxkast, you can know that people can be very easily entertained.

I might actually call in at some point. Only because that's the only way I can.

So, how soon can we expect this? In the next month, the next season, etc.?

It depends on how long it takes us to set up the feed. We've recorded a couple episodes already, it's just distributing that's the issue now.

Just talk about interesting things that have happened in your lives recently. I subscribe to a lot of podcasts where people just tell stories about things that have happened or that they did. Most of the time they are very lulzy.
